Aleshia enjoys facilitating and leading quality and process improvement initiatives in corporate and private sectors. She has mastered facilitation of rapid improvement workout sessions and deploying LSS certification training in multitudes of industries: hospitality, finance, government, defense, healthcare, pharmaceutical, real estate, technology, church ministries and other not-for-profits.
